To apply for any of our courses please first contact Ken either through email or telephone to receive full course details and an application form. Then a deposit payment can be made on acceptance of your place.
Payments can be made by either bank transfer or through PayPal. Or by negotiation with Ken.
We believe in tailoring our courses to meet the needs of individuals. To this end for longer courses we invite new applicants to discuss with the tutor their training needs.
Terms and Conditions
1. Fees
- All course fees are inclusive
- Places may be booked provisionally by telephone or email.
- Places can only be secured on receipt of the required deposit
- Course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course unless agreed in writing with the Director.
2. Cancellation by the Client.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, Space must receive notification 15 days prior to the course commencement date.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days of the course commencement date, course fees will not be refunded.
- All refunds at any time will be subject to an administration charge at the discretion of the Director and repaid after the commencement of the course.
- Substitution of the original course applicant for another person can be made with the consent of Space.
- Space must be notified of the substitution of persons attending courses before the start date.
3. Cancellation by Space
- Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all advertised courses actually run, Space will notify the client of cancellation as soon as is practically possible where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary.
- Space shall notify the client of cancellation not less than 10 days prior to the commencement of the course where numbers fail to reach a workable minimum for the commencement of the course.
- In the event of cancellation by Space clients will be offered the choice of the following options: (i) Another course on a different date or at a different venue (ii) Full refund of the course fee paid.
4. Booking Form – Conditions
- If you would like Space to invoice a company or authority for payment please make the address and any purchase order number clear on the booking form.
- A signature on the booking form, or a deposit through PayPal is a commitment to payment of the full course fee and signifies agreement with the terms and conditions stated that relate to making this booking.
